‘Tactile Intuition’ 2018 is the culmination of a two year period of experiments on the double cloth technique. The beginning of this process followed a systematic and vigorous approach to this technique. Gradually with a profound experimentation moved beyond it’s limitations to present a different and unexpected freedom with which I could express myself through thread. To create a liberated more symbolic weave which appears to be detached from the loom and the weaver, a woven landscape.
